Nokia and Microsoft have just opened Lumia 1520 pre-orders, but Europeans have been left out from the initial rollout. Only AT&T customers in the United States can pre-order the phablet for the moment, though Nokia confirms it will launch the Lumia 1520 in other countries soon afterwards.

In this regard, UK-based retailer Unlocked-Mobiles has just listed the Nokia Lumia 1520 on its webstore and allows customers to pre-order the devices for no less than £595 ($955/€715) outright.

According to the retailer, the smartphone is expected to arrive in stock on November 25, 3 days after the phablet goes on sale in the United States.

That’s quite a decent timeframe, though we’re still waiting for other retailers across Europe to make similar announcements. Those tempted to pre-order the smartphone should know both pricing and stock have yet to be confirmed.

We suspect this version of Nokia Lumia 1520 is unbranded and unlocked. The retailer claims the device will be packed with 32GB of internal memory, as well as microSD card slot for memory expansion (up to 64GB).

It will also come packed with Qi Wireless technology and an impressive 20-megapixel PureView rear-facing camera with autofocus, dual-LED flash and full HD (1080p) video recording.

Hardware-wise, Nokia Lumia 1520 is equipped with a powerful 2.2 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor, which is complemented by an Adreno 330 graphics processing unit and 2GB of RAM.

Another strong suit would be the huge 6-inch IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen display that supports full HD (1080p) resolution, and features Corning Gorilla Glass 2 coating for extra protection against scratches.

The Lumia 1520 comes with full support for LTE Cat4, HSPA+ and HSUPA, as well as Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi, NFC (Near Field Communication) and GPS with GLONASS support. Stay tuned for more info on Nokia Lumia 1520’s availability across Europe.
