Finnish mobile phone maker Nokia has been long rumored to plan the launch of a large, 6-inch Windows Phone 8 smartphone called Nokia Lumia 1520, and some more info on the device is now available online.

The full specs of the mobile phone appear to have leaked, so as to provide us with a better understanding of what Nokia has in store for its users, accompanied by info on availability and pricing.

As mentioned above, the Nokia Lumia 1520 is expected to arrive on shelves with a 6-inch screen, capable of delivering a full HD resolution, a post on NokiaPowerUser unveils.

The device is also said to feature a quad-core 2GHz MSM8974 Snapdragon 800 processor inside, with Adreno 330 graphics, and 2GB of RAM.

On the back, the upcoming device should sport a 20.7-megapixel camera with Zeiss optics and better saturation settings, panorama, and OIS. The sensor will be capable of shooting 5MP and 16MP photos at the same time.

Furthermore, the camera is said to be able to shoot photos at a maximum resolution of 18MP and to offer 4X lossless zoom for HD video recording.

Nokia Lumia 1520 is also expected to arrive on shelves with 32GB / 64GB of internal memory, a microSD memory card slot for expansion purposes, and a nano-SIM card slot. It will also offer support for 4G LTE networks.

The phone measures 152 x 81 x 8.7 mm and weighs 168 grams (the AT&T version is 160 grams). It will be powered by a 3400mAh battery and should feature built-in wireless charging (at least the global version).

Nokia is said to be planning three color versions of the device, namely Black, White, and Yellow, though a Red variant was also spotted online not long ago.

Rumor has it that Nokia will unveil the new device on October 22, and that it will make it available at AT&T on November 2. The phone should become globally available in December. At AT&T, it will be priced at $299 (€220) on contract and at $699 (€515) outright.
