Nokia Lumia 1520, the largest high-end smartphone that Nokia has released with the Windows Phone 8 operating system loaded on top, is now available for purchase in Finland at only €529 ($734).

The phone can be found at this price tag via online retailer Gigantti, which has announced plans to have it discounted for the weekend, a recent post on esphoneblog reads. The aforementioned price tag includes VAT.

Previously, the smartphone was available for purchase in the country at €595 ($825), which should make the price cut a welcomed one for many.

However, those who would like to grab the phone at only €529 should hurry and make the purchase before Sunday, April 13, when it will go back to the original cost.

For those out of the loop, we should note that Nokia announced the Lumia 1520 in Q4 last year with a large, 6-inch full HD touchscreen display, as well as with a quad-core Snapdragon processor packed inside.

The smartphone also comes with 2GB of RAM and with a 20-megapixel camera on the back, which should provide users with a great imaging experience while on the go.

For some, the phone might prove to be a bit too large to handle properly, but many have already adopted it, and others might do so soon, especially if it sees more discounts, such as the aforementioned one.
