Mobile phone users in Russia interested in the purchase of the Nokia Lumia 1020 smartphone can now grab it through the official Nokia Store in their country.

The mobile phone was made available with a price tag of 26,990 rubles ($836 / €617) there, and is also set to be displayed at the wireless carrier MTS, WP7Forum notes.

Users in Russia will be able to choose from three different color flavors of the device, namely Black, Yellow and White.

Lumia 1020 has already arrived in various markets out there, and should reach more of them in the not too distant future, after landing in India earlier this week.

For those out of the loop, we should note that Nokia has packed this smartphone with a 41-megapixel camera on the back, so as to deliver a completely new imaging experience with Windows Phone enthusiasts out there.

The smartphone also arrives on the market with a 4.5-inch HD touchscreen display, as well as with a 1.5GHz dual-core processor inside, paired with 2GB of RAM (making it the most advanced Windows Phone handset out there, as WPCentral notes).

Furthermore, the Lumia 1020 packs 32GB of internal memory (a 64GB variant was also launched in other markets) and a front camera for video calling.

Connectivity-wise, the mobile phone features support for 4G LTE networks, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, NFC capabilities, and a built-in GPS receiver. It also sports the usual set of sensors.

As all other Windows Phone devices from Nokia, Lumia 1020 comes to the market with its own share of exclusive applications, such as the HERE Maps and Navigation software, among others.

The 41-megapixel behemoth was also launched with a Nokia Pro Cam app, so as to enable users to take full advantage of its camera (the mobile application has since arrived on other Lumia smartphones out there as well).
