Users in the United States interested in the purchase of a Nokia Lumia 1020 smartphone can now head over to a Microsoft Store to grab it for free.

The device landed on shelves at AT&T only recently and it is available through the wireless carrier at $199 (€145) on contract.

However, until November 3, users will be able to get it for free with the signing of a two-year contract agreement with the wireless services provider.

According to WPCentral, there’s little chance that AT&T will follow Microsoft’s lead with this smartphone, especially considering that it has cut Nokia Lumia 920 to only $0.99 recently.

Users who would like to learn more on the deal should head over to their local Microsoft Store for more details. The offer is said to be available at select Microsoft retail stores in the US (not including Puerto Rico).
