Nokia has just entered the mobile gaming market with its first title, Modern Mayor. It appears that the Finnish company chose to develop a city-building simulator game for Windows Phone operating system.

While the game is available for free, some items may require players to pay with real-world money. In Nokia Modern Mayor, players will be able to plan and build their cities. You can construct roads, apartment blocks, towering offices, malls or restaurants and turn your small town into a metropolis.

According to Nokia, “Modern Mayor isn’t just a game. It’s a chance for gamers to change the world in reality. In-app purchases go towards charities you select, each making the world a little better and healthier.”

You can now download Nokia Modern Mayor for Windows Phone via Softpedia. Keep in mind that the game is only compatible with devices powered by Windows Phone 8 and up.
