Nokia has yet to deliver the second major software update for its MeeGo-based Nokia N9 smartphone, namely PR 1.2, yet it seems that the company is already testing the next OS release for the device, in the form of PR 1.3.
No official info on the matter was made available, yet
MyNokiaBlog spotted a recent tweet that confirms that the new OS flavor is already loaded on devices and in use out there.
Some previous rumors on Nokia’s plans for the MeeGo-based device did confirm that it was considering the release of a new platform upgrade for it, but confirmation on this is pending.
Previously, Nokia unveiled that the PR 1.2 update was set to bring along a number of more than 3,500 improvements. This means that even more of them will make it on devices when PR 1.3 arrives.
