PIM services and wireless e-mail availability expanded

Nokia announced that one of the leading information and telecommunications provider in Indonesia, namely Indosat, will provide Nokia Intellisync Wireless Email to its customers. Coming as an enhancement of existing services, the new service is labeled under I- Mofis, the Indosat mobile office brand. With the help of Nokia Intelysinc and concentrating on the ease of use and cost of mobile email and PIM (personal information management), the Indonesian company will be able to explore new market opportunities. Indosat's business customers will be able from now on to broaden their important company resources, processes and systems in real time, regardless of where the employees might be.

Part of Nokia Intellisync Mobile Suite (that offers access to compelling collaboration tools like email, contacts, enterprise applications, device management and file synchronisation), the Nokia Intellisync Wireless Email service can run on any kind of device platform (Pocket PC, Symbian or Windows) and works on different groupware environments: Microsoft Exchange, ISP, Groupwise or Lotus Notes.
