The application has seen no change in functionality following the update

Following the acquisition of Nokia’s Devices and Services division, Microsoft has been expected to change the branding of a series of products that still carried Nokia’s name, and it appears that mobile applications available for Lumia users are the first to receive this treatment.

One of the applications to have received this treatment is Nokia Feedback, which can be seen listed in the official Windows Phone Store today under the name of “rate us.”

The mobile software is available for download as version 2.5.2.7 now, and it appears that it also comes with a series of bug fixes.

Just as before, the mobile application provides users with the possibility to offer feedback on the experience they receive from their Lumia smartphones.

“Tell us what you think. Whether you love it or loathe it, we want you to tell us about your Lumia phone. Download this app to send us feedback, your ideas and give your phone a score,” the application’s description reads.

This is only one of the Nokia software to have received a re-branding lately, as MixRadio (formerly Nokia MixRadio) was given a similar treatment only several days ago. One thing that is certain is that other apps from the company will also be updated with new names in the not too distant future.
