Nokia will bring their Eseries phone models for the US market too from now on through several channels. This includes the Nokia E61i and Nokia E65 phone models.

This comes as a last minute move from Nokia, which seeks to strengthen its position on the US mobile phone market. The future release of the iPhone is bound to take up a considerable share of this
market. At this moment, Nokia has a somewhat weaker position in the US, it comes only natural that their Eseries phone models look for compensating the consideration that they will lose in the near future.

Other leading mobile technology producers have also come up with new devices which are meant to ensure them a solid position on the market. For this reason, Nokia has a great deal of competition to face and hopes to manage this through the introduction of these two new high-end handsets.

"Nokia has now delivered on its strategy for delivering unparalleled business devices to businesses and to individuals in the U.S. market via multiple channels", said Ed DeArias, vice president, Americas, Enterprise Solutions at Nokia.

Nokia E61i phone model provides the most evolved solutions when it comes to the most evolved performances with email messages and fast 3G connections. Moreover, it comes with a 2 megapixel camera which provides reliable image and video captures at average performances.

Nokia E65 is an elegant slider phone which brings business and personal solutions only with One Touch. It allows conference calls, email messages and a wide range of entertainment features.

These handsets also come with Nokia Intellisync Device Management capabilities, which make it possible to easily manage all data on the mobile phone and even erase it all in case the phone is lost or stolen.

Nokia E61i and Nokia E65 will be available for an estimated price of USD 400.
