Two of the nicest mobile phones the finnish handset vendor Nokia delivered to the market during the ongoing year are now available for purchase in the US: the Nokia E72 and the Nokia N97 mini. The latter has reached the US market a few days ago, and can be purchased via Dell and Amazon, as well as via the Nokia USA online store, while the E72 has just been put on sale, and is available for acquisition via Nokia USA's online store at the moment, SIM free.

The Nokia N97 mini, just as the name suggests, is the smaller version of the high-end Nokia N97, and comes with the same form factor as its predecessor. However, there are some major differences between the two, such as the 8GB internal memory compared with 32GB on N97, although one can get enough of space with the addition of a 16GB memory card. Other than that, we should mention the different QWERTY keyboard layout, as well as the smaller touchscreen display, but one can get about the same functionality with either of the two handsets.

The smaller N97 can be purchased in the United States for $579.00 from Nokia's online store, but Dell and Amazon have it about $100 cheaper, at $479.99. Those interested in acquiring this beauty should be able to do so here at Amazon, here from Dell or here, on Nokia USA's website. For what it's worth. It does look like a nice addition to the holiday shopping list.

However, another great addition to that list is Nokia E72, that's for sure. The handset is now available from Nokia's online store for $469, a little less than the European version of the E72 (about 80 Euros less). It comes to the market as the successor of Nokia E71, and is set to deliver some brand-new features, as well as leveraged hardware specs, including a 5-megapixel photo snapper, upgraded from the 3.2MP one on the E71. The phone can be seen on Nokia USA's website, here.
