A few days ago, leaked specifications regarding Nokia E71 and Nokia E66 spread all over the Internet, but there were no details that we could be certain of. Now we can know for sure that both E71 and E66 will come at Vodafone in the second quarter of 2008, as a leaked Vodafone Roadmap presentation for 2008 shows pictures and details about the two Nokia handsets.

The phones are named Nokia Liam (E71) and Nokia Dora (E66), which is a bit surprising, since the Finnish producer doesn't usually name its devices in this manner. Anyway, this is a less important aspect, what really matters is that the handsets will be soon available.

Nokia Liam (or E71) comes to replace Nokia E61i in the business-orientated Eseries family. The new handset is smaller than E61i, thus being more elegant, and it's a quad-band GSM / GPRS / EDGE phone with 3G / HSPDA connectivity, featuring GPS, Wi-Fi and a full QWERTY keypad. The phone packs a QWGA 2.36 inch screen, a powerful 3.2 Megapixel camera, a front camera for video calls and MicroSD card support for up to 8 GB of memory. Other features remained undisclosed, but most certainly they must be attractive and will make Nokia Liam one of the most wanted business phones in 2008.

Nokia Dora (or E66) will be available from Vodafone at a price of ₤280 (meaning about $550) and, as the Liam model, it's a quad-band GSM / GPRS / EDGE handset with 3G / HSPDA connectivity. The phone succeeds Nokia E65 and comes with the same classy slider design, packing a 3.2 Megapixel camera, GPS and MicroSD card support for a maximum memory of 8 GB. The leaked specifications say that Nokia Dora has a 2.4 inch screen with a 320 x 320 pixel resolution, but that's kind of impossible, since the phone's photo shows the screen doesn't have a square shape, but a rectangular one. So we should consider this a mistyping and wait for official details, either from Vodafone or from Nokia.

We hope that both Nokia Liam and Nokia Dora will be available in spring, not just from Vodafone, but from other carriers too.
