Nokia E7, the latest high-end smartphone the Finnish handset vendor Nokia brought to the market with the Symbian^3 operating system on board, is now available for pre-order on the Indian market too.

Officially announced in September last year, the smartphone hit shelves only this year, and is now headed for the market in various countries around the world, India included, with a nice range of business-oriented features.

The smartphone packs a large 4-inch ClearBlack display, which is complemented by a side-sliding full QWERTY keyboard, so that users would enjoy expanded input options on it.

Mobile phone users in India would be able to place pre-orders for the new high-end device through depositing Rs. 3,000 at the nearest Nokia Priority store. The full price tag for this device was set at Rs. 35,019, Mobiletor reports.

Users can also head over to the company's official website to reserve one Nokia E7 units, it seems.

“It offers seamless connectivity, ease of use, excellent multimedia performance and a host of productivity applications. We are confident that with the Nokia E7 we will expand the smartphone market in India.”

The specifications list of Nokia E7 also includes an 8-megapixel photo snapper with dual LED flash, as well as WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity capabilities, GPS receiver and support for Ovi Maps, and more. The handset also provides access to the Ovi Store, where users would find various applications available for download. The smartphone arrives in India dressed in dark grey and silver white.
