There have been lots of rumors on Nokia’s roadmap for the second half of 2013, but nothing concrete has been leaked until the last few weeks.

One of the devices rumored to be announced by Nokia in the coming months is the Lumia “Catwalk,” which is also the first to introduce a slightly different design.

According to previous rumors, Nokia Catwalk will feature a full aluminum body, which is meant to increase its sturdiness while reducing weight.

Those who already own the Lumia 920 probably know whatrsquo;s this size and weight are all about, as their phone measures 130.3 x 70.8 x 10.7 mm and weighs 185g (battery included), when it could be considerably smaller, thinner and lighter.

Anyway, the folks over at WPCentral have just been tipped on the first live pictures showing the Nokia Catwalk.

The photos popped up on Chinese social network Sina Weibo and there’s a high chance that they’re indeed showing the real thing, WPCentral claims.

After talking with a source close to the matter, WPCentral rates the possibility of the device in the pictures being the Nokia Catwalk with 10 out of 10, which makes the leak extremely accurate.

The pictures confirm Nokia Catwalk is made of aluminum and that it packs a rear-facing camera with LED flash. Previous leaks claim the smartphone boasts an 8.7-megapixel OIS camera with autofocus and video recording, as well as a 2,000 mAh Li-Ion battery.

On the inside, the Windows Phone device is equipped with a 1.5GHz dual-core processor and 16GB of internal memory. The phone also sports a 4.5-inch octaOLED (On-Cell Touch Active-Matrix Light-Emitting Diode) display.

Nokia Catwalk comes with wireless charging and microSIM support. It’s only 8.4mm thick and weighs around 132g (battery included).

T-Mobile is expected to offer the Catwalk in the United States, but the smartphone will also be available internationally sometime in late June. Nokia Catwalk is expected to be officially announced on May 15.
