Nokia C7, one of the latest smartphones that Finnish handset vendor Nokia brought to the market with its new Symbian^3 OS on board, is now available for purchase for much lower than usual at Amazon.

In Germany, the mobile phone is priced at only €299,89 via Amazon.de, while UK users have the possibility to acquire it for £299.99 via Amazon UK (via UnwireView)

The usual price tag for this device was of €429,00 in Germany, and of £319.99 in the UK.

The new price drop makes the Nokia C7 pretty appealing, that's for sure, especially since the handset is being sold in both markets SIM free and unlocked.

Undoubtedly, those who were considering the purchase of this device but were holding off due to the cost of the device have now the possibility to purchase it for far less than before, especially in Germany.

The price tag Nokia C7 sports at Amazon in the UK is somehow in line with the one Nokia has it listed for, namely £309, SIM free (the phone can be purchased on PYAG for £299).

The Nokia C7 is the second Symbian^3 smartphone Nokia launched last year, following the release of the high-end Nokia N8.

However, the new device sports about the same features as the more expensive handset, including the same 680 MHz ARM 11 processor, or the Broadcom BCM2727 GPU.

WiFi connectivity options were also included with this device, as well as Bluetooth capabilities, and support for 3G networks.

The features list of this handset includes an 8-megapixel photo snapper with HD video capture capabilities, integrated social networking features, Web TV on the go, support for applications available for download from the Ovi Store, and the like.

The handset also comes with a MicroSD memory card slot with support for up to 32GB of additional storage space, as well as with GPS receiver, in a slim design with a full-touch glass display.
