Nokia is at the moment the most important Microsoft partner when Windows Phone is involved. This is one of the reasons for which the handset vendor has got its own corner of the Windows Phone Marketplace available for users to access.

Specific Nokia applications are available there for users to download with ease, though the handset vendor did not offer specific info on the matter.

Apparently, users are already seeing this Nokia Collection section appearing on their handsets in various areas around the world, and the image above, coming from the French Marketplace, is proof of that.

Undoubtedly, Nokia will make its apps available for all of its Windows Phone users, regardless their location, which means that more of them should see this collection of apps emerging on their mobile phones.

What remains to be seen is how many of these applications will be available for the owners of Windows Phones from other manufacturers as well.
