Nokia Almost Confirmed to Announce Windows Phone 8 Handsets in September

Finnish mobile phone maker Nokia has been long rumored to be the first to launch devices running under Microsoft’s Windows Phone 8 platform, and more confirmation on the matter has emerged.

Following a wide range of rumors pointing at a possible unveiling at Nokia World in early September, a recent report from Bloomberg appears meant to confirm that.

People familiar with Nokia’s plans let it slip that the company is indeed gearing up for an early announcement on Windows Phone 8 plans.
