Nokia brings for the European market a new phone model. Nokia 6500 looks fresh and stylish and this might catch the interest of many people and bring high anticipations on its release date.

This 3G handset actually comes in two forms. We have the slider phone and the classic-looking one. They both have a stylish and modern design and also share similar performance characteristics, especially the 3G performances. Still, each of the two phone models has special features that manage to fully differentiate it from its release brother.

Nokia 6500 classic is just what you might expect it to be. A middle class mobile phone that, with its classic design, manages to answer the basic needs of its user. It looks quite fragile, at its 9.5 mm in thickness. It comes with an internal memory of 1GB, which provides enough space for a large amount of multimedia files to be stored on it. Moreover, it comes with a 2 megapixel camera with dual LED flash and also has an integrated music player.

On the other hand, Nokia 6500 is a modern mobile phone by excellence. It has the slider design that has become so popular lately and several unique features that will definitely make it stand out. We are talking about the 3.2 megapixel camera with Carl Zeiss optics, which offers excellent quality pictures. Moreover, it has TV-out jack, which makes it possible to view stored images and videos from the mobile phone right on the TV screen.

Nokia 6500 has only been announced for now. It will be available for purchase sometime in the third quarter of this year. The estimate retail price will be of 320 euros for the classic model and of 370 euros for the slider one. No taxes and subsidies are included in this price.
