The 5800 XpressMusic has caused more stir since its appearance than most of us can handle and it shows no sign of slowing down. Now the NAM, or North American version, has just been confirmed as going to AT&T.

This Nokia handset will probably never go out of style, due to the Comes with Music special feature, which offers one year free access to Nokia's music store catalogue, but also thanks to its beautifully designed lines.

The 5800 NAM is not too different from the other models, featuring the same 8GB memory offering up to 6000-track space, the graphics equalizer, a 3.5 mm jack, built-in stereo surround speakers, altogether delivering the loudest and clearest sound a music phone can offer. Moreover, this XpressMusic supports just as many digital formats, also packing the 3.2'' widescreen display, said to offer great resolution capabilities plus a spectacular color show when it comes to photos and videos. Furthermore, now all data is very easily sharable through Share on Ovi or Flickr with a simple flick of a finger on the screen.

Bluetooth connectivity, MMS or online sharing capabilities are just as useful for those trying to enrich their music playlists, plus that through the use of the same 3.2 Megapixel camera including VGA, users can also enjoy advanced photographic experiences.

Actually, the only really relevant change on this model can be considered the dual-band UMTS (850/1900MHz) support, which clearly states that the NAM will use the 3G North American network, further introducing AT&T as the most probable official operator.

Even though this piece of information has not been confirmed, rumors are claiming louder and louder that AT&T and Rogers are the only possibilities for distributing this mobile in North America and Canada, despite the fact that neither of the companies have made any statements to confirm this.
