It seems that the speaker problem is not the only issue the Nokia 5800 mobile phones have. According to the latest news on the Web, the North American version of the device also has some bugs that affect its 3G capabilities.

As many of you might already know, the device has been put on sale only a few days ago, but reports say that the sales of the Nokia 5800 NAM have already been halted due to the fact that it has issues with receiving the 3G signal.

There have been several complaints about the problem that affects the device, and the mobile phone maker pulled it off the shelves. The handset is no longer available at Nokia Flagship stores in the US, while partners might have stopped selling it as well. For the time being, it seems that the company hasn't figured out where the problem resides, and is still working on fixing it.

There were not too many Nokia 5800 NAM sold to the customers, given the fact that the handset was pulled off only 7 hours after being put on sale. For the time being, no official word on the problem came from the Finnish mobile phone maker, but it is expected to make a statement in the near future. Those who pre-ordered the device will have to wait a little more before receiving it, if it hasn't been shipped to them already.

This is the second issue with the Nokia 5800 handset that surfaces to the Web in less than a week. Only a few days ago, we learned that the phone also has a problem related to its speaker, which is most likely to break after a few months of use, and that all devices manufactured before February came to the market with this issue. The company already announced that the faulty speaker has been replaced with a good one.
