There are quite a few new entries in this week’s chart of the world’s most pirated movies. In fact, “Noah” managed to climb straight to the top.

The movie featuring Russell Crowe, Anthony Hopkins, Jennifer Connelly and Emma Watson has attracted quite a bit of controversy, mostly because it did not follow the Bible to a T, something the director never actually intended. Now that it’s made its way into the world of torrents, it has pirates curious to see what the fuss is all about.

The second spot is taken over by another new entry – “Transcendence,” data from TorrentFreak shows. The movie features Johnny Depp, Morgan Freeman, and Paul Bettany, to name just a few, and tells a rather intriguing story of an Artificial Intelligence researcher who uploads his consciousness to a computer in an effort to create a sentient machine. Given the speed at which technology advances, the topic seems quite intriguing.

The third place on the chart is occupied by last week’s number one, namely “Rio 2,” an animation that carries on the stories of Blue and Jewel, two Spix macaws living in Brazil.

The webrip version of “A Million Ways to Die in the West,” dropped two spots as well, landing on the fourth place on the chart of the world’s favorite movies.

The week’s third new entry is “The Other Woman,” a movie starring Cameron Diaz. The comedy puts three women who have been cheated on by the same man (Game of Throne’s charming Nikolaj Coster-Waldau) in the situation of working together to plot their revenge.

“X-Men: Days of Future Past” continues to stick around on the chart, following at number six, even though the copy is only an HDCAM. Once a better version comes online, we’re certainly going to see the movie in the charts again, most likely keeping the top spot for several weeks in a row.

“Captain America: The Winter Solider” follows behind, dropping from number four to number seven. Here, as well, the copy is only an HDTS, so we could probably see the Captain back when the DVDs and BluRays come out.

“300: Rise of an Empire” takes up the ninth place in this week’s chart, showing that the age-old Greek battles still hold people’s attention.

“The Grand Budapest Hotel” wraps up this week’s list, a film that tells the story of a legendary concierge who works at a famous European hotel between the World Wars.
