No Time for Reports? Google Saves Them for Later

It's everybody's dream to enjoy some peaceful and quiet time with their family for the Holidays and not have to deal with the stress of waiting for somebody else or facing deadlines. It's more of an urban myth, really, that of relaxing during this period, nobody ever gets to do it unless they have other people who

would sacrifice their peace and quiet for it. That's called having employees or hiring somebody else to do all the stuff you're too lazy to do.

Google has decided to spare you the wait in front of your PC, when asking for an AdSense report, so they've now announced that from this day forth any advanced reports that a users generates will be saved in the Report Manager, once they're completed. It has not been implemented for everybody, but it will soon be (by the end of the year, by the looks of it).

No more stress related to having to wait on the Advanced Report page for the reports to complete, you can even log out, if you so choose, and the report that you have submitted the request for will continue as if you were caringly watching it. "You can then view or download your requested reports at a later time in the 'Recently Generated Reports' section of your Report Manager, located under the 'Reports' tab of your account. We're gradually adding this feature to all publisher accounts, so feel free to check for it over the next few weeks", Arlene Lee from the AdSense Publisher Support posted on the official blog.

To go with this, they've decided that 20 of your most recent generated reports are more than enough for you to get a clear picture of what's going on there, and so, the 20 will be timestamped with their date and time of creation and saved for further reference. All of this means more time spent with your family. Google has done its part.
