No More Tanning for Pregnant Snooki

Teaching Tanning Mom Patricia Krenticil a lesson in good parenting, Snooki, the pint-sized reality star from MTV's “Jersey Shore,” has given up tanning. It's all for her unborn child, she boasts on her Twitter page.

“Whoa look at this non tan,” she writes in a tweet accompanying a photo of herself doing the “duck face” but looking considerably whiter than ever before.

As fans must know, Snooki and her boyfriend are expecting their first child together. They're also engaged and might be getting ready to walk down the aisle soon after the baby is born.

This is just one of the many things the former hellraiser changed in her life to be a good mother, the kind her haters said she would never be.

However, Snooki tells E! News, chances are she'll be able to get through pregnancy and the first months as a mommy without even needing a tan – she's blessed like that with good skin.

“When I tan once, it stays forever. I have that natural dark skin. Even if I didn't tan for two years, I would still be tan,” she says for the celebrity publication.

She's also preparing intensely for motherhood.

“I have three applications on my phone that takes you through your pregnancy. They tell me things like what to eat, what to expect at certain times, like cramps or swelling. I'm always prepared for what's happening to my body,” Snooki explains.

“I'm also going to be taking Lamaze and parenting classes. But those are a little more down the road,” she adds.

Just recently, Snooki upset the controversial Tanning Mom by calling her “crazy” for taking her 5-year-old daughter to the tanning salon (and on the tanning bed) with her.

Krenticil didn't take too long to respond either, telling Snooki she was just the pot to call the kettle black tanned, because everything about her was fake, as we also noted at the time.
