The company will most likely address the issue again next month

Some Surface RT and Pro tablet owners are still experiencing limited Wi-Fi connectivity on their devices, even though the tech giant has tried to repair the issues several times in the past.

Even though a new firmware was released this month, the problem still persists, according to some posts on the Microsoft support forums. In other words, Microsoft has once again failed to repair the bug, so lots of Surface tablets are still offline for the time being.

“None of the other wifi devices in my home have any connectivity problems, only my RT. It is a shame; this was a great little tablet to use, but this one problem creates frustration every time I pick it up and sometimes I don't even want to use it anymore,” one user explained.

As usual, Microsoft will most likely try to repair the glitch next month, so more fixes are very likely to be released on June’s Patch Tuesday update cycle.
