According to late news, pop singer Christina Aguilera is not being sued by Matt Morris.
As we were publishing two days ago, rumors said Morris, who co-write five of Aguilera's songs, "Underappreciated", "Can't Hold Us Down", "Walk Away", "Infatuation" and "Loving Me 4 Me", filed a lawsuit against Aguilera, claiming he still hasn't been payed in full for co-writing the songs.
According to Matt Morris's manager, there has never been a lawsuit against the pop singer.
Morris's life is no stranger to the music industry. His father is Gary Morris, Grammy winner for "Wind Beneath My Wings," and his mother was a former music performer who now uses her talents to teach kindergarten students.
Morris has entertained crowds since first grade when he sang "Blue Suede Shoes" with a tape in a boom box. At the age of 12, he was a Mouseketeer with music superstars Justin Timberlake, Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera.
Morris, a 24-year-old independent artist, released his debut album, "Unspoken," in 2003.
Morris was recently recognized for co-writing five songs on Christina Aguilera's sophomore album 'Stripped." Two of these songs include the hits, "Can't Hold Us Down" and "Infatuation." He also co-wrote, "Miss Independent," with Christina Aguilera for American Idol winner Kelly Clarkson.
