The Windows Phone device lacks the necessary internal components for that

Among the appealing features that the new Windows Phone Mango platform release brings along on devices, we can count the inclusion of Internet sharing capabilities with the OS, though it seems that not all users will be able to enjoy them.

Dell Venue Pro owners are almost certainly left out of this one, since their devices do not include the chip that should have made all this possible,

All devices that deliver Mobile Hotspot capabilities pack a Broadcom 4329 chip inside, but not the Dell handset, which comes with a Broadcom 4325 chip, the guys over at XDA-Developers found out.

This silicon does not come with the ability to create personal hotspots, not to mention that it also lacks support for 802.11 n. Clearly, the handset won't be able to offer Internet sharing capabilities even if Mango brought them along.
