Long distance races can be a real pain in the chest for guys! And I'm not talking about possible heart attacks. Itchy-painful nipples, that's the real problem you might run into. And that happens when sweaty T-shirts meet your nipples. NipGuards completely solves the problem. These items will probably keep

Here's what it's all about. A protective nipple cavity shields the tip of your nipple from chaffing against the shirt. Its adhesive will endure long runs in all weather conditions. Keep in mind you must clear away the hair before attaching it directly onto the nipple (bad things could happen). You have to place it on the center of the nipple so the protective cavity covers the tip of the nipple, then press on firmly for several seconds. That's all! Oh, and do not touch the adhesive prior to application. Now, get your fat, lazy a*s out and start running.
