Nintendo might finally release its Wii U home console on November 19 in North America, at least according to a new report that surfaced yesterday on the web.

Quite a few people eagerly await the Nintendo Wii U, especially since it promises big things thanks to its unique controller and hardware capabilities.

As of yet, however, the Japanese company has kept quite a lot of people in the dark, especially when it comes to a release date.

According to the Wii U Daily, the home console might finally be released on November 19, at least in North America.

The website claims that an internal email that arrived from a retailer based in Tokyo mentions this date, although it’s unclear whether this is a full-on confirmation or just Nintendo’s launch goal.

This release could make some sense, especially since the original Wii was also launched on a Sunday, on November 18, 2006.

Right now, however, nothing is official, so let’s hope Nintendo will clear things up as soon as possible.
