The handheld gaming market has been somewhat of a two-horse race in recent times, as the Nintedo DS and the PlayStation Portable have been fighting all across the world in terms of sales and popularity. But while the PSP does a fine job in Japan, despite the fact that the DSi is already launched there, in other territories, the winner is the dual-screen console.
Part of the DS' massive popularity is the big library of video games, which ranges from casual titles to even a few more mature-oriented, which all give some very interesting and unique experiences when combined with the features of the DS. Now, Nintendo has announced the lineup of video games that will be appearing onto its small portable console up until summer.
The lineup is very strong, and will certainly give the PSP, which has received announcements about LittleBigPlanet or MotorStorm coming to it, a run for its money. From the very hyped-up GTA: Chinatown Wars, to Guitar Hero: Modern Hits and Codemasters' evil Overlord: Minions, a lot of titles will give DS owners reasons to spend their money.
