na Janshi Tenho Painyan: Remix is indeed a title intended for Japanese players over the age of 15, as Kotaku says, yet the game isn't sex related, or so it is said. Quite frankly, I don't know anymore what is and what it isn't sex related because the pictures I'm looking at right now (the ones you're looking at too) have sex written all over them. Famous character designer Kenichi Sonoda worked on the main figures of the game.

PlayStation2 system. Never heard of it, can't find anything relevant about it. Sorry. But let's look at the pictures again. Where exactly are those innocent characters picking up flowers, cleaning up the place, going to school, doing their homework and so on? All I see are torn up clothes after who knows what orgy.
Guess we'll have to take their word for it that it isn't in any way a sex game and it's just meant for players that are 15 or over. Yeah, why not? The girls can fight until blood bursts through their cheeks, they can vandalize cars, steal stereos, blow up everything in sight with grenade launchers, but under no circumstances would they have sex. Not even a naked ankle will the player see. Looks just like any other Japanese video game if you ask me. And yes, I see sex.
