A new flavor of the popular Nimbuzz Messenger application is now available for download for the owners of BlackBerry devices, namely version 1.3.90.
The new app iteration was meant to deliver a new, more appealing experience to all users, through several new additions and a variety of enhancements brought to software’s performance.
“Now you can enjoy a much-improved Nimbuzz experience
on your Blackberry mobile, which comes with a bunch of useful new additions and a lot of performance improvements,” Mukesh Tanwani, product manager, BlackBerry, notes in a recent blog post
Among these, we can count BBM Integration, which enables users to invite BBM contacts to join Nimbuzz, while also offering them the possibility to set their Nimbuzz status as BBM status message, a feature available on all handsets with BBM v6 and above.
The Picture Sharing capabilities of Nimbuzz have been improved as well, along with a better Password Recovery experience.
“We now have a much Improved Picture Sharing, and we are certain you would enjoy the picture sharing experience even more now,” Mukesh Tanwani, continues.
“Forgot your password? No worries! Click on the Forgot Password link on the sign in screen and follow the steps to sign back in to Nimbuzz immediately! You can also access your Account Info on nWorld, from where you can change your password when needed.”
In addition to these useful enhancements, the new version of the Nimbuzz
Messenger for BlackBerry comes with a variety of bug fixes.
Users should be able to spot better connectivity after installing this release, along with smoother handling of large contact lists, and an overall streamlined UI.
The new flavor of the application is now available for download through the BlackBerry App World
. Users who will download and install it are encouraged to provide feedback on their experience, so that more improvements could be added to the software.
