14 DAY TRIAL // Nikon released a new update for its image browsing and editing application, View NX. The new version 2.8.2 comes with additional support for Nikon's D5300 and the recently revealed Nikon Df digital camera.
View NX is a free application from Nikon that enables you to view and edit any image along with the possibility of editing RAW images captured with most of Nikon's digital cameras.
The program also allows you to alter white balance and exposure compensation for any NEF file (Nikon RAW format) as well as providing a few tools for basic video editing.
Moreover, if you own a digital camera with GPS, View NX allows you to locate the area where you took the picture based on the GPS data stored in the EXIF file.
The new update allows you to edit images shot with Nikon's D5300 camera, but it also adds support for the upcoming Nikon Df retro-styled camera.
