Following yesterday's update of their View NX and Capture NX, today Nikon released a new version of the popular camera control application, Camera Control Pro.

The new 2.16.0 version comes with added support for the recently released Nikon Df retro-styled camera, as well as for the D5300 model released back in October.

With Camera Control Pro you will be able to connect your Nikon digital SLR camera to your desktop PC via USB cable or remotely via WiFi transmitter models WT-2a, WT-3a and WT-4A.

Moreover, Camera Control Pro offers support for live previews directly from the camera for D90, D300, D700 and D3 models through the LiveView function.

In addition to that, the program simulates the camera's viewfinder display on your desktop, allowing you to make any modifications on the fly.

Owners of the D90, D300, D700 and D3 models can also save custom image adjustment profiles, including tone compensation curve data, improving shooting efficiency.
