14 DAY TRIAL // He’s been dating some of the most beautiful and mediated women in showbiz but Nikki Sixx has finally met his “The One.” The rocker proposed to girlfriend Courtney Bingham – and she said yes, of course.
She Knows notes that both Nikki and Courtney have confirmed the happy news, he on Facebook and she on Twitter.
Details on the massive engagement ring have also surfaced, together with some photos: trust us, it looks jaw-dropping, as was to be expected.
“When Courtney and I were in St Bart's I popped the question and she said YES,” Nikki proudly announces on his Facebook page, as cited by the aforementioned publication.
“We would like to thank everybody who has been tweeting and posting online us congratulations....Both of us and our families are beyond happy,” the rocker adds.
“I'm so excited to share with you that @NikkiSixx and I are engaged!!!!!!!! Thank you for all the kind wishes!!! xoxo,” the 26-year-old model Courtney also writes.
Nikki and Courtney have been dating for almost two years, and reports in the press suggest his proposal was taken out of a very good romantic movie, including candlelit walks, plenty of rose petals and dinner in a tent on the beach.
The Daily Mail has photos of the ring Nikki presented Courtney when he got down on one knee and it’s truly a stunning piece.
As the pics can confirm, it’s a giant pear-shaped diamond. It’s reportedly a 6-carat stone.
She Knows notes that Courtney will be Nikki’s only wife who hasn’t yet posed for the men’s publication Playboy.
“The Motley Crew bassist was previously married to Playboy Playmate Brandi Brandt from May 1989 to November 1996, with whom he shares three children. He also has a daughter with actress and Playboy Playmate Donna D'Errico, whom he was married to from December 1996 to June 2007,” the e-zine says.
“He was also previously romantically involved with actress Denise Richards — who has also posed for Playboy!” adds the same media outlet.
