Nicole Richie Wants to Marry Before Baby Comes

Is it just me, or does Nicole really seem to enjoy being pregnant? Every time we've set eyes on the mum-to-be these days she seemed to be sporting a healthy glow- and for her that's really saying something. We can definitely say she certainly has some good reasons for looking all flash - since she's got a wedding to plan and the clock's already ticking. On the downside, there's still the drag of those four days of jail time she has to do by September 28th, so it's going to be a busy busy busy time for the starlet.

And here's some news - Nicole looks like she's finally putting some flesh on those bones. As we all remember, many of the socialite's past photographs have horrified the audience and have made her the target of many media jokes and angry parents' comments about the skeletal figure she's been promoting among the new millennium's teen population. But Nicole finally boasts fuller breasts and a slightly fuller frame. Which - surprise! - doesn't make her look bad at all, quite the contrary. On a personal note, what makes her look somehow worse for wear is Joel Madden, for whom most of us don't have too much of a liking. But if he makes Nic happy...

You know what else makes her happy? No, not going out with Paris Hilton and partying till dawn - and no, it's not driving her car while on booze - I mean something more realistic. Her wedding. That's right, people! Nicole has decided she will marry Madden, who's currently on a three-week break from the all-American tour he's been having with his band Good Charlotte, before her baby is born. Well, but of course she doesn't want to walk down the aisle with a big belly and a dress trying to cover it up. So Richie's given herself a deadline - by September 28th, she will be not just Mr. Madden's wife but also ex-con Nicole as that's also the deadline by which she has to report for doing her time in jail.

So the heat is on for Nicole, who keeps us wondering what her wedding celebrations will be like. Let's hope there's not too much alcohol available and let's hope they keep Britney and Lindsay away from it, although in Lindsay's case she may well be kept away by some well-deserved jail time herself. The location of the wedding's been decided on - her daddy Lionel's Bel Air mansion. Lionel also promised he'd sing at the wedding, so that's top class entertainment for y'all. But it's going to be difficult to get everything organized so quickly, and Nicole wants a big wedding and at least 200 guests. We have complete faith in her though, and we're looking forward to seeing who'll be in and who'll be out.
