The daughter of Lionel Richie, too often in the eyes and mouth of the media for her ever-slimming body, can no longer take being called an anorexic to her face. The other day, when this picture of her was taken on a Malibu beach, the socialite snapped and started yelling at a reporter.

It seems that, when Nicole was preparing to go home through the crowd of paparazzi that gathered around her, a more daring photographer left all sense of decency and manners aside and yelled at her, from the top of his lungs: 'Nicole, you look disgusting. Gain some f**king weight!'.

This was too much even for Nicole, who has been called many things (from anorexic, to zombie and skeleton) in the press. So she went up and confronted the rude photographer, by asking him what he would do if she really had anorexia.

Here is Nicole's experience in her words, published in 'Us Weekly': 'You don't scream at people that they are overweight, so what makes people think that they have the right to scream at me that I am underweight? It's upsetting and mean. I am not anorexic. At the moment, I was just sick of everyone constantly bothering me about how I look. I walked up to the photographer and told him, "What if I really had anorexia? What if I had a disease? How would you feel about saying such horrible things?" He probably just wanted to get a rise out of me, but I'm a human being and he hurt my feelings.'

While the world sympathizes with her point of view, many out there are still wondering what is happening with her body. Nicole still claims that she is not anorexic and that she continues to lose weight because she is under too much stress.
