Recently, Nicole Richie attended a birthday bash thrown for her friend, DJ Samantha Ronson and held at the Hyde club, proving there isn't a fiercer party-girl in all Hollywood or,at least, one that could be a match for her. Also present were Lindsay Lohan with her boyfriend Harry Morton, the frontman from Maroon 5, Adam Levine, and Mary-Kate Olsen.

But the life and soul of the soirée turned out to be Nicole herself, after topping more than one Tequila shot. Witnesses later told the tabloids that, at the beginning of the night, the stage belonged to Mary-Kate, who danced on tables and performed lap-dances for her male friends and for other lucky standers-by.

But when Nicole got really intoxicated, she assumed control of the dance floor and showed all the celebrities gathered what partying really means. That is, until she got sick and started puking right in the middle of the club, under the amazed eyes of the others. 'She was so wasted. Nicole puked right on the floor, like right in the middle of the club. Everyone saw! But I guess she didn't care. She kept partying', one eyewitness said.

But Nicole's friends came to her rescue, by claiming that this is not something that she normally does at parties. 'She loves tequila. But you know, she's so small - and she probably didn't eat anything that day. So you know, she probably had a couple shots and it just happened. She was just having a good time', one of her friends told the TMZ reporters waiting outside the club.
