14 DAY TRIAL // Not many people could pull off a look like Audrey Hepburn but, of those few, Nicole Kidman is certainly one. The actress wowed everybody with her chic look and huge hat at the Victoria Derby Day in Melbourne.
As a rule, racehorse events are synonymous with great fashion and outlandish hats, but chances are Nicole just set the bar incredibly high for everyone else.
Always the one with impeccable taste, Nicole pulled off an outfit that blends vintage and modern, for a classic, super elegant and green look.

Dressed in stunning L’Wren white dress and a spectacular hat by Stephen Jones, Nicole managed to be the center of attention.
Not only did she look amazing in the outfit, but she also managed to pay tribute to her favorite actress, Audrey Hepburn, as Vibe also points out.
“Nicole Kidman was stunning as she entered Derby Day in Melbourne, Australia. According to The Sydney Morning Herald on November 3, 2012, Nicole Kidman arrived at the fashion extravaganza, and stayed a few hours, while wearing a stunning combination of black and white inspired her latest film, Grace of Monaco,” the e-zine says.
“Revealing Kidman's amazing figure, the 45 year-old-actress wore a white lace knee length dress designed by L'Wren Scott,” Vibe writes.
“Following in traditional Derby Day style, she paired her dress with a wide brimmed hat made out of recycled plastic bottles created by British hat maker Stephen Jones,” adds the publication.
Gorgeous and green: this is fashion with a twist and, as noted above, perhaps only Nicole could have made this work.
