Usually, I like Nicky Hilton. I mean, compared to Paris she is more than perfect: she doesn't sing, she doesn't do movies or porn and she wears underwear. Plus, she is not always that in the public light, preferring to stay clear of scandals and fighting with other celebrities, things her sister is obviously so fond of.
That was, until now, when I saw these pictures, outtakes from a photo shot meant to promote Nicky O, Nicky's own hotel in Miami. While the news that she would go into the family business wasn't that much of a surprise as she hoped it would, turning to such vulgar means to sell a hotel is too much, even for Paris' standards.
I'm just saying, but Nicky claimed that she wanted to do something new, daring and original. She said she would ask her designer friends to collaborate on her project, to design each a different suite, so that the overall result would be one of colorfulness, style and beauty.
From that to having a photo shoot with naked dudes and dudettes, while Nicky is standing fully clothed in their midst is somehow strange. My problem with these pictures is not that Nicky is dressed (heaven help us all if she weren't!) but that she would resort to such a lame thing to promote something that would have almost promoted itself (by the Hilton name if not by the 'trendiness' it would have brought on).
