Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo Sex Pictures Confirmed!

The sex scandals just keep on coming, much to our (and your) delight. And the latest bits come from...Nick Lachey (you know, the guy who almost married Jessica Simpson) and Vanessa Minnillo. Last week has seen the release of a number of pictures in which the two were getting naked in a Mexican resort. The two stripped and started making out in a jacuzzi, while they were being photographed.

It seems that was just the tip of the iceberg, because after some serious kissing, the couple engaged in hardcore sex, in several different positions. And yes, all of this was also photographed. Now don't get your hopes up, you won't be seeing those pictures very soon. There is a whole legal showdown going on these days.

Nick and Vanessa hired Marty Singer to prevent the pictures from being shown on the Internet or in the weekly tabloids. The sad part is Singer is doing just that. He issued a statement in which he warned that any third party that would show these pictures will immediately be sued.

But if you look at it, he does have a point. These pictures were taken in a Mexican resort, by a Mexican photographer, which is a clear violation of the Mexican law. But moreover, it is a violation of their privacy. I'm sure that nobody (except those with a pleasure for exhibitionism) would want to be photographed while having sex and then to have those pictures all over the Internet.

Although Marty Singer's warning was loud and clear, the tabloids have already contacted the photo agency who owns the photos. Their answer was a bitter one: the pictures are not for sale no matter what (at least for now, we hope). As I said, I must agree on the whole privacy part, but I also yearn to see those pictures. And don't dare patronize me, because you want to see them even more than I do.

However, as we have seen in the past, this sort of pictures always managed to surface on the Internet. It's just a matter of time.
