14 DAY TRIAL // Samsung has started pushing the Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich update to more of its Nexus S users around the world and is now delivering it to those living in India.
Owners of the Nexus S I9023 GSM handset are reporting successful updates to the newer software, regardless of whether the device is running Android 4.0.3 or Android 2.3.6.
One thing that should be noted from the beginning is that the update won’t appear to all users right from the start.
The roll-out of Ice Cream Sandwich on Nexus S in India will be performed in stages, and Samsung and Google will make it available for all users in a matter of days / weeks.
The update will be delivered to devices over-the-air, which means that a notification will arrive on Nexus S units when it is available.
