Mountain View-based Internet giant Google has made a new step towards expanding the availability of its Nexus 7 tablet PC, and has put the device up for sale in South Korea through its Google Play online store.

Launched in summer last year, the device is now available for purchase through the portal in no less than nine markets, Android Police reports.

It packs a 7-inch screen, an NVIDIA Tegra 3 quad-core processor inside, the latest flavor of the Android platform, and a price tag starting at $199.

“With a stunning 7-inch display and all day battery life, Nexus 7 is the perfect travel companion. With up to 32GB of storage and the option to add mobile data, you can take even more of your favorite content from Google Play with you anywhere,” Google notes.
