The Nexus 7 2013 tablet has been one of the most hailed products of 2013 and we’re pretty excited to see its successor. Yesterday I told you that Google might make the transition to the Intel Bay Trail platform with the new model, which does sound pretty exciting.

Nevertheless, while we’re waiting on that, you should know that the Nexus 7 2013 both 16GB and 32GB are available for purchase with a discount from Staples.

Those willing to buy a 16GB model can do so for the price of $214 / €156 (compared to the previous $229 / €167) while shoppers interested in the 32GB version will have to pay $239 / €174 as opposed to $269 / €196.

The Nexus 7 comes equipped a 7-inch backlit IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen display with a full HD resolution of 1200 x 1920 pixels. The tablet is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro chip backed up by 2GB of RAM and Adreno 320 graphics.

Those purchasing one of the models will also be awarded free shipping.
