We’re probably less than a month away from Google’s major Nexus 5 announcement, which has yet to be confirmed, and more details on the search giant’s device continue to surface online.

The latest info unveils the powerful chipset under the phone’s hood. AusDroid reports that Nexus 5 has been recently spotted on GFXBench, a benchmark dedicated to Android devices, along with its test results.

According to these results, Nexus 5 has been confirmed to pack a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 chipset inside, along with a powerful Adreno 330 graphics processing unit.

In addition, the display of the alleged Nexus 5 is listed at 1794 x 1080, allowing for full HD resolution. The rest of the 126 pixels are used for the soft keys, so there’s no doubt that the Nexus 5 will boast a full HD display.

Obviously, we should take the info with a grain of salt due to the fact that it’s easy to fake such results on GFXBench. Stay tuned for more details on the matter.
