Sony is currently shifting its priorities from the PS4 to the upcoming PS Now cloud streaming service, but a new report says that the company is still dedicated to fixing the various issues with the PS4 system software versions.

The PS4 came out last November and Sony quickly released two new firmware versions in order to fix some big issues with the console's operating system.

Now, after hearing a rumor about firmware 1.60 for the PS4, industry insider Thuway has revealed on Twitter that Sony's priorities are now on the PS Now online service, but work is still being made on the next PS4 firmware.

"I’ve heard Sony is listening and there is a laundry list of items in store for future firmware updates. No one is sleeping at the job. There is a lot on the plate from PlayStation Now launching, headset compatibility, better bluray/audio support, etc," he said.

As of yet, Sony hasn't revealed when a new PS4 firmware is coming.
