Basically, uTorrent 3.3.2 Build 30131 RC is only supposed to address bug fixes found in the previous releases, but even though it’s such a minor update, it also contributes to the overall performance of the app.
According to the official release notes, this particular build fixes a crash which usually occurred during installation, so the whole process should now work a bit smoother for everyone.
Of course, support for all Windows versions out there is still offered, so you can install uTorrent on XP, Vista, 7, 8, and 8.1.
