Fujitsu Computer Systems has announced four new LifeBook desktop replacement notebooks featuring Microsoft Windows Media Center Edition 2005. With Media Center OS offered as a standard feature, the new Fujitsu notebooks are transformed into a mobile entertainment center. Here are some details about the new laptops.
LifeBook N6220
The sound experience is delivered by an integrated subwoofer and stereo speakers along with an Intel Pentium M Processor and a 17-inch wide Crystal View display. An optional built-in TV tuner and Media Center remote control are also offered. A dual hard drive option comes for storing pictures, TV programs and movies. The LifeBook N6220 notebook is equipped with ATI
Mobility Radeon X600 with 256 MB of HyperMemory, important to gamers. With the Intel PRO/Wireless 2915ABG Network Connection, accessing the Internet is easy. The N6220 notebook is priced starting at 1,649 USD.
LifeBook N6110
The LifeBook N6110 notebook, priced starting at 1,299 USD, offers multimedia features and a 17-inch wide Fujitsu Crystal View display. Featuring a Dual-Layer Multi-Format DVD Writer, the LifeBook N6110 can write up to 8.5 GB on a single disc. Optional external TV tuner and remote control are available for use with the Media Center Edition 2005 operating system. The N6110 notebook also offers Intel PRO/Wireless 2915ABG Network Connection.
LifeBook N3520
For graphics enthusiasts and gamers, the LifeBook N3520 has a 15.4-inch Fujitsu Color Enhanced Crystal View display. This notebook offers an optional built-in TV tuner and remote control with Media Center Edition. With an Intel Pentium M Processor and high-speed ATI Mobility Radeon X300 with 128 MB HyperMemory technology, the LifeBook N3520 matches the power of a desktop system. Priced starting at 1,449 USD, the N3520 notebook also features Intel PRO/Wireless 2915ABG Network Connection.
LifeBook N3410
The LifeBook N3410 is equipped with a 15.4-inch Fujitsu Crystal View. The N3410, priced starting at 1,199 USD, features an Intel Pentium M Processor and Intel GMA 900 graphics with shared memory and a Dual-Layer Multi-Format DVD Writer. External TV tuner and remote control options are available for use with Media Center Edition 2005. Connecting to the Internet can be made using an integrated Intel PRO/Wireless 2200BG Network Connection (802.11b/g).
In addition to Media Center Edition 2005, the four LifeBook N Series notebooks are available with Microsoft Windows XP Home or Professional Edition. All models also offer a dedicated Express Card slot and dedicated slots for MemoryStick and SD cards.
