New images from Half Life 2 Aftermath

Half Life 2 Aftermath continues to arouse the gamers' interest, especially since Valve officials are reluctant to reveal details about the next title.

Aside from the demonstrations that will take place at E3 Expo and the fact that it will launched this summer, when it will available for download, Valve has the game's plot shrouded in mystery.

To arouse the fans even more, Valve launched through Steam a screenshot which is only accompanied by a laconic comment that announces gamers they are looking at an image from the next Half Life.

Yesterday, a Korean game siteGamechosun.com launched two new screenshots touted as being taken from Half Life 2: Aftermath.

One of the images depicts Alyx Vance, who will have a much more important role in the add-on, and the other is a battle scene showing Alyx fighting aliens with the help of the soldiers from Combine.

It's difficult to tell if the images are authentic, but having Alyx in the center of attention gives them certain veracity.

So until the game is released, admire the images and let your imagination run wild!
