What does Apple bring every year? A thinner device, a larger capacity one, new features and better capabilities. If you see a processor on the iPhone now, you will most probably get it on your iPad next year.

Ming-Chi Kuo, an analyst from KGI Securities just came up with some wild guess that may very well be true. Not because he has some inside info, but because this is common sense. Kuo explains that the so-called iPad Air 2 will be unveiled next Tuesday. That will come with a 4.7-inch and a 5.5-inch diagonal display iPhone 6 and a smartwatch-like device.

The analyst says the next-generation iPad Air 2 will finally bring some long-awaited features everyone has been missing in an iPad. Among these we would get a Touch ID fingerprint sensor, but that may only come in the larger model and not in the iPad mini. The Apple tablet will also get an anti-reflective screen coating, a full lamination touch panel a new gold back plate and the next generation Apple A8 CPU.

To be fair, it is difficult to believe that Apple will release a new iPad alongside the new iPhone. The Cupertino, California-based tech giant is more likely to organize a separate event for the iPad in October.

The iPhone will also get a large capacity. Apple is expected to release a 128GB phone, the same report notes.
