Yesterday, Apple issued not one, but four updates for users of its iLife suite of applications. The updates to iWeb, iMovie and iPhoto address general compatibility issues, according to Apple, but also include other fixes. An iLife Support update (8.3) has also been made available, improving overall stability and addressing minor issues. Best of all, iPhoto, iWeb and iMovie are now better integrated with Apple's new MobileMe service.

Apple iWeb 2.0.4

"This update addresses general compatibility issues, improves overall stability, and addresses a number of other minor issues," says Apple. iWeb is used to create websites, blogs, and podcasts complete with photos, movies, and music, which are ultimately shared online. Users drag, drop, and design using the web templates they choose, after which they can publish them live to their .Mac account. Requirements for using iWeb 2.04 call for QuickTime 7.5.

Apple iMovie 7.1.4

"This update addresses general compatibility issues, improves overall stability, and addresses a number of other minor issues," the software updater reveals. iMovie sports a built-in library that automatically organizes your videos. Every clip you've captured or the movies that you've created are just a click away with iMovie. Requirements call for QuickTime 7.5 and iMovie 7.1 or 7.1.1.

Apple iPhoto Update 7.1.4

According to the Mac maker, "this update addresses issues with wire-bound books and cards." Requirements are QuickTime 7.5 and iPhoto 7.1, 7.1.2, or 7.1.3.

iLife Support 8.3

"iLife Support provides system software components shared by all iLife '08 applications," Apple notes. "This update improves overall stability and addresses a number of other minor issues." The update is recommended for all users for iLife '08, the company says. QuickTime 7.5 is listed as a requirement.
